This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how long delivery takes, how shipping works, and what you can expect after placing an order.

1. Delivery Time

1.1 Inside Dhaka

  • Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

  • Faster delivery may be available for selected items.

1.2 Outside Dhaka

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, courier schedules, holidays, or unexpected delays.

 

2. Shipping Charges

Inside Dhaka

  • Standard delivery fee: ৳60 – ৳80

Outside Dhaka

  • Standard delivery fee: ৳100 – ৳130

Free Delivery

We may offer free delivery on selected products or during promotional campaigns.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment/confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for most products across Bangladesh.
However, COD may be unavailable for:

  • High-value items

  • Special pre-order items

  • Certain remote locations

In such cases, we will contact you for an alternative payment method.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number (SMS or email)

  • A link to track your delivery status

You can also use our Track Order page for real-time updates.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery 1–3 times.
If the order cannot be delivered:

  • They may contact you

  • Or return the package to us

If returned, we may ask you to confirm the address again before resending.


7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

If the shipping address provided is:

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete

  • Unreachable

The delivery may be delayed or cancelled.
Please double-check your address before confirming the order.


8. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A missing item

  • The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Photos/videos

  • Order ID
    We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

9. Pre-Order / Special Order Items

Some items may require:

  • Extra processing time

  • Longer delivery timelines

  • Advance payment

Estimated time will be mentioned on the product page.


10. International Shipping

Currently, Uposorgo.com ships only within Bangladesh.
International shipping will be added in the future.
