If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory product, we are here to help.
Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The product received is incorrect

  • The product is not as described

To be eligible:

  • The item must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • All tags, manuals, and accessories must remain intact

2. Non-Returnable Products

Certain items cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or policy reasons. Examples include:

  • Personal care items

  • Innerwear

  • Skin-care or cosmetic products

  • Food items

  • Digital products

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items

If a product is non-returnable, it will be mentioned on the product page.


3. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

Email or message us with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Step 2: Review & Approval

Our support team will verify the claim and guide you through the next steps.


Step 3: Product Pickup/Drop-off

Depending on your location:

  • Courier pickup will be arranged
    OR

  • You may be asked to send the item to our return address

Step 4: Replacement or Refund

After inspection:

  • If approved → You will get a replacement or refund

  • If rejected → We will return the item back to you

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through one of the following methods:

  • Mobile Wallet: bKash / Nagad / Rocket

  • Bank Transfer

  • Store Credit

  • Refund to original payment method (if applicable)

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via mobile wallet or bank transfer

Refunds typically take 2–7 working days after approval.


5. Wrong or Damaged Product Received

If the item arrives:

  • Physically damaged

  • Broken

  • Missing parts

  • Or completely different from what you ordered

Contact us within 48 hours with proof (photos/videos).

We will offer:

  • Replacement

  • Exchange

  • Or a full refund

6. Order Cancellation

6.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


6.2 Cancellation by Uposorgo

We reserve the right to cancel:

  • Out-of-stock orders

  • Incorrectly priced listings

  • Orders flagged as suspicious

  • Orders with invalid address or contact details

Refund will be processed for prepaid orders.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check mobile wallet/bank again

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider

  3. If still unresolved, contact us directly

8. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong color

  • Wrong item

  • Manufacturing defects

Exchanges depend on product availability.


9. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the product is damaged, wrong, or defective → We cover the return shipping cost

  • If you wish to return due to personal preference → Return shipping cost may be deducted
